Marketing Sponsored Content SLA
This Marketing Sponsored Content Service Level Agreement ("SLA") is entered into by and between [Your Company Name], a company with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Provider"), and Alex Benj, a Marketing Professional, whose details are provided below ("Client"). This SLA outlines the terms and conditions for the provision of Sponsored Content services by Provider to Client.
I. Service Description
Provider agrees to deliver Sponsored Content services to Client in accordance with the following terms:
A. Scope of Services
The Provider will create, edit, and deliver marketing-sponsored content as outlined in the project proposal, including but not limited to blog posts, social media content, infographics, and videos.
B. Content Approval
The Client will review and approve all content before it is published. The Client agrees to provide feedback and approval within 5 business days of receiving draft content.
II. Content Delivery
A. Publication Schedule
Provider will deliver content according to the agreed-upon schedule, as outlined in the project proposal. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance.
B. Content Formats
Provider will provide content in the following formats: Word, PDF, and JPEG.
C. Revisions
Client is entitled to 2 rounds of revisions per piece of content at no additional charge. Additional revisions will be subject to a separate agreement.
III. Payment Terms
A. Pricing
Client agrees to pay Provider $100 per article, as per the project proposal.
B. Payment Schedule
Client will make payments as follows:
50% upfront payment upon project initiation.
50% final payment upon content delivery.
C. Late Payments
Late payments will be subject to a 10% late fee.
IV. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
V. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this agreement.
VI. Governing Law
This SLA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of The State of California, United States of America.
