Legal Compliance

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio. Any legal action or proceeding relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Ohio. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable legal fees and costs.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
