PARENTAL POWER OF ATTORNEY


I. Introduction

Travel and Transportation: The Agent is empowered to make decisions regarding the travel and transportation of the minor child(ren), including granting consent for domestic or international travel, obtaining passports or travel documents, and arranging transportation for the child(ren) as deemed necessary.

  5. Legal Representation: The Agent is authorized to represent the minor child(ren) in legal matters, including but not limited to, initiating legal proceedings on their behalf, entering into legal agreements, and hiring legal counsel when required to protect the child(ren)'s interests.

  6. Religious and Cultural Activities: The Agent may make decisions regarding the participation of the minor child(ren) in religious or cultural activities, ceremonies, or rites, ensuring their exposure to and participation in activities consistent with the Principal's beliefs and values.

  7. Extracurricular and Recreational Activities: The Agent shall have the authority to enroll the minor child(ren) in extracurricular activities, sports programs, or recreational pursuits, ensuring their participation in activities conducive to their physical, emotional, and social development.

IV. Remedy and Penalty Clause

In the event of any misuse or abuse of the authority granted herein, the Principal reserves the right to revoke this POA immediately and seek appropriate legal remedies. The Agent shall be liable for any damages resulting from their actions taken outside the scope of this POA. Furthermore, the Agent agrees to indemnify the Principal for any losses or expenses incurred due to their wrongful actions under this POA, including but not limited to legal fees and court costs.

V. Termination

However, the Agent shall not be indemnified for any losses or liabilities resulting from their failure to adhere to the terms of this POA or from actions taken outside the scope of their authority as granted herein.

VIII. Governing Law
