II. Effective Period and Termination

This Power of Attorney shall become effective immediately and shall remain in effect until it is revoked by me in writing or upon my death, whichever occurs first. This document is subject to the laws of the State of Maryland, and any dispute arising from its terms shall be adjudicated accordingly.

III. Revocation
