The consignor certifies that the aforementioned items are properly labeled, packaged, marked and labeled within the requirements of the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act.
The consignor shall be responsible for all charges related to shipment.
The carrier shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the inherent nature of the goods.
