British Columbia Power of Attorney

Purpose

This Power of Attorney is established to empower the designated Attorney to represent the Donor in legal matters, including but not limited to signing legal documents and making decisions related to legal proceedings, within the jurisdiction of British Columbia.

I. Appointment of Attorney
