To represent me in any financial or banking transactions, negotiations, or dealings with third parties within the Philippines, including but not limited to meetings with bank officials, financial advisors, legal representatives, or government authorities, and to execute any documents or agreements necessary for such transactions.

V. Financial Decision Making

To make decisions on my behalf regarding any financial matters arising in the Philippines, including but not limited to the exercise of rights, the initiation or defense of legal actions, the execution of contracts or agreements, and any other actions necessary to manage and protec my financial interests.
