Free Yoga Studio Agreement

4. Payment and Fees

5. Health and Safety Assumption of Risk

The Participant represents and warrants that they are physically fit and have no medical condition or injury that would prevent their safe participation in Yoga Services. The Studio strongly advises that the Participant consults a healthcare professional before engaging in any Yoga Service.

5.2 Assumption of Risk

Yoga involves physical movement and postures that may present inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, mental or emotional stress, and other possible health risks. By participating in Yoga Services, the Participant assumes all such risks voluntarily, regardless of the nature of the risks or their severity.

5.3 Release of Liability

The Participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless [Your Company Name], its instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to the Participant’s engagement in any Yoga Service, including any injuries or medical conditions that may arise.

The Studio reserves the right to deny access to, or remove from, any Yoga Service any Participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful.
