4.4. Meetings and Reporting

  • Meeting Scheduling: Ensure that all participants are available for a meeting by utilizing the designated calendar system to schedule it. This system will allow for efficient organization and will aid in confirming the dates and times that are most convenient for everyone involved.

  • Meeting Minutes: Personnel who have been assigned the task are responsible for recording all important details during the meeting. They must then distribute the meeting minutes to all relevant parties within 24 hours after the meeting has taken place.
