SALES CONTRACT ADDENDUM
This Sales Contract Addendum ("Addendum") is entered into as of the Effective Date listed below, by and between the undersigned Parties. This Addendum serves to amend and supplement the existing Sales Contract ("Original Contract") executed by the Parties on an earlier date.
Introduction
This Addendum is made to outline the amendments to the Original Contract agreed upon by the Parties. The amendments specified herein are intended to provide additional clarity and address unforeseen changes in product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Governing Law
This Addendum shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of New California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Addendum shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New California.
