Free Professional Agreement Addendum

1. Purpose

This Professional Agreement Addendum is intended to modify and supplement the existing agreement between [Your Company Name] and ABC Enterprises Inc. (the "Parties"). Its primary purpose is to address specific amendments and additions that have arisen since the initial agreement was executed, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding regarding updated terms.

2. Scope of Work

The campaign will consist of the following elements:

• Social Media Outreach: Creation and management of targeted social media ads across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to boost brand visibility and engagement.

• Influencer Partnerships: Identification, negotiation, and management of relationships with three influencers who align with the brand's values and target audience. The influencers will be contracted to promote the brand through curated content, reviews, and sponsored posts.

3. Payment Terms

The payment terms have been revised to reflect the additional services included in this addendum. The total fee for the new marketing campaign is $15,000, which will be added to the existing contract amount, bringing the total contract value to $75,000. The updated payment schedule will be as follows:

• Initial Payment: 40% of the total amount ($30,000) is due upon signing of this addendum.

• Mid-Project Payment: 30% of the total amount ($22,500) is due at the halfway point of the campaign execution.

• Final Payment: 30% of the total amount ($22,500) is due upon completion and delivery of all campaign elements and final performance reports.

4. Deliverables

The deliverables for this addendum include:

• Influencer Collaboration Agreements: Formal agreements with three selected influencers, specifying the terms of their engagement, content deliverables, and compensation. These agreements are due by December 15, 2050.

• Monthly Performance Metrics: Regular updates on the campaign’s performance, including engagement metrics, reach, and ROI. The first set of metrics will be delivered by January 15, 2051, and subsequent reports will follow monthly until February 28, 2051.

5. Responsibilities

• Coordination of Influencer Partnerships: Handle all aspects of influencer engagement, including selection, contract negotiation, and campaign management.

6. Legal and Compliance

This addendum forms an integral part of the original agreement and is legally binding. All terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged and in full effect unless explicitly modified by this addendum. Any further changes to this addendum must be documented in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both Parties to be considered valid.

7. Execution

This addendum will become effective as of the date signed by authorized representatives of both Parties. Each Party agrees to execute this addendum in a manner that ensures its validity and enforceability.
