This Bill of Sale is made between the following parties:

The Seller agrees to sell to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to purchase from the Seller, the following logging equipment:

Total Sale Price: $51,500

The Seller warrants that the above-described items are free and clear of all encumbrances, security interests, and liens. The Seller also guarantees that he/she has full ownership rights to sell the equipment mentioned above.

This sale is made "as is" without any express or implied warranties of any kind by the Seller regarding the equipment's condition or performance beyond what is stated here.
