Dear Mr. John Roberts,
This letter serves as a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) to purchase the equipment outlined below from Advanced Robotics Inc., pending the finalization of a purchase agreement. We are writing to express our interest in acquiring the equipment under the terms and conditions specified in this letter.
