II. Scope of Collaboration

3. Execution of pilot manufacturing projects over a 24-month period.

Each Party agrees to contribute its respective resources, knowledge, and expertise to meet the collaboration's goals.

   • Assign a team of five senior engineers to oversee material testing.

   • Contribute $250,000 toward the project funding.
