An agreement is a legal document that creates a relationship between two or more parties that is valid. It outlines the aims, priorities, obligations, and the essence of the work to be carried out between the parties. All of these are mentioned through different clauses written in the agreement. One of several such provisions provided in an agreement is the notice clause.
The notice provision is used in order to remind the parties of their responsibilities, commitments, or some other matter with respect to their function within the framework of the contract. In general, the notice clause includes the questions and/or matters relating to or affecting the terms of the contract on which it is appropriate to notify the parties by means of a notice, and the manner of serving such required notice(s). This clause is provided in the agreement to endorse the actions taken by the parties to the contract. It is not important, however. It may or may not be agreed upon by the parties in the contract to draft this provision, but once written, it must include the provisions in respect of which it is issued and the manner in which it is issued. There are certain examples under which notices are generally issued such as a formal notification given by one party to fulfill an obligation or a notice to notify a party of its rights under the contract.
