Dear Mr. Johnson,

I am writing to you on behalf of Master Craft Builders regarding the car rental contract. This contract outlines the terms and conditions for the rental of a vehicle between Master Craft Builders (hereinafter referred to as "Lessor") and yourself (hereinafter referred to as "Lessee").

The scope of work or services to be provided under this agreement includes the rental of a car (make, model, and registration number) for a specified period, starting from [start date] to [end date].
