Dear Ms. Mills,
As the landlord of the property located at 7890 Sub Street, Springfield, I regret to inform you that you are being served with an eviction notice due to repeated violations of the terms outlined in our original lease agreement. The violations, which include late rent payments and harboring pets without prior agreement, have been noted on multiple occasions, despite repeated warnings.
You are hereby notified that according to the Illinois Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, you are given 30 days to vacate the premises. Failure to comply with this eviction notice by April 15, 2050, will result in legal action to reclaim the property. You also have the right to address the violation within 30 days.
Should you choose to remedy the violations and wish to continue renting the property, please contact our office at your earliest convenience. This will initiate a review process and require you to make complete payment of any rent arrears and discontinue the unapproved actions.
