I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally resign from my position as a Graphic Designer at Graphic Concepts, effective immediately. This letter serves as my notice of immediate departure without providing the standard notice period.
It is with deep regret that I have made this decision, as I have greatly enjoyed my time and experiences at Graphic Concepts. However, due to personal circumstances beyond my control, I am left with no choice but to make this sudden exit. I assure you that this decision was not taken lightly and only made after careful consideration of the impact it may have on the company.
