Responsibilities and Duties
Identifying, evaluating, and selecting reliable suppliers and vendors.
Preparing and processing purchase orders by our organizational policies.
Implementing strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce expenses.
Ensuring that all procurement activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a similar field. Proficiency in procurement software is a must. Excellent negotiation skills, keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to stay compliant with relevant rules make an ideal candidate for us.
Experience
We're interested in candidates who have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a procurement role, preferably in the accounting sector. Familiarity with the dynamics of working with suppliers and vendors would be valuable.
