I hope this letter finds you in the best of health and spirits. We write to you today with a heavy heart to inform you that your services as an independent contractor for our firm will no longer be required. Though an unfortunate necessity, this decision is final and has been made after thorough deliberation.
Your contributions and dedication to our projects have been highly appreciated, and we sincerely thank you for your efforts. Please note that any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date will be processed as per the terms of our agreement.
Additionally, we request that you return any company property, documents, or materials in your possession. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Should you need any endorsements or references from our end, please don't hesitate to contact our office.
