MANAGER MEET-AND-GREET SCHEDULE
This schedule has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a smooth and productive onboarding experience for the new manager, as well as to facilitate open communication, collaboration, and the establishment of strong working relationships within our organization.
Week 1: Orientation And Introduction |
Day 1: Monday | 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Welcome and orientation session with HR |

Day 2: Tuesday | 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: One-on-one meetings with each Sales Team member (15 minutes per person). |

Day 3: Wednesday | 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: One-on-one meetings continue. |

|
Day 4: Thursday | 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Attend a company-wide meeting to learn about the company's vision and strategic goals. |

Day 5: Friday | 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: One-on-one meetings wrap up. |

Week 2: Setting Goals And Feedback |
Day 1: Monday | 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Review of team's performance metrics and goals. |

Day 2: Tuesday | 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Cross-functional meeting with the Customer Support Team. |
|
|
Day 3: Wednesday | 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Feedback collection sessions with Sales Team members to gather their input on improvements. |

|
Day 4: Thursday | 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Meeting with the Director of Sales to align on departmental strategies. |
|
|
Day 5: Friday | 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Present the Sales Team's goals and strategies to the company leadership. |
