Job Title: Finance Manager
We are currently looking for a hands-on, seasoned Finance Manager to steer our financial decisions and bolster company performance. This crucial leadership role will champion our financial health, devise solid and profitable strategies, and ensure financial compliance.
Job Summary/Objective:
The Finance Manager will work directly under our CFO and will be responsible for the planning, implementation, managing, and running of all the finance activities of the company. Key functions include budgeting, forecasting, performance variance analysis, capital raising, debt management, financial sustainability, and corporate finance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Direct the financial planning and strategy of the company.
Monitor and analyze financial performance against key business metrics.
Develop and implement strategies to improve financial health and profitability.
Ensure financial compliance with regulations, and maintain relevant documentation.
Manage relationships with financial service providers, including banks, insurers, auditors, and so forth.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field. A Master's Degree or additional professional certifications would be a plus.
At least 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within our industry.
Strong experience in corporate planning, budgeting and control, treasury management, and financial analysis.
Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
Integrity, professional ethics, attention to detail, and discretion.
