FINAL SALES CONTRACT ADDENDUM

This addendum ("Addendum") is hereby entered into by and between [Your Company Name], referred to as "Seller," and [Second Party], referred to as "Buyer," parties to the Sales Contract XYZ-SALES-2051 ("Contract"). Both parties mutually agree to the following amendments to the Contract:
I. Amendment 1: Product Quantity
The original Contract stipulated the sale of 1,000 units of Product A at a unit price of $100. We mutually agree to amend the product quantity to 1,500 units at the same unit price of $100. The total contract value will be adjusted accordingly.
II. Amendment 2: Payment Terms
The original Contract specified a 30% advance payment before delivery. To accommodate Buyer's financial constraints, we agree to extend the advance payment deadline to 15% before production and 15% upon shipment. The remaining 70% shall be paid within 30 days of delivery.
III. Amendment 3: Delivery Date
The original Contract set the delivery date as November 1, 2051. We jointly request to extend the delivery date to November 15, 2051, to allow for unforeseen delays in production.
IV. Effective Date
This Addendum shall become effective on October 15, 2051, and all other terms and conditions of the original Contract shall remain unchanged and in full force.
V. Entire Agreement
This Addendum, in conjunction with the original Contract (XYZ-SALES-2051), represents the complete agreement between the parties related to the sale of Product A. It supersedes all prior written or oral agreements and understandings.
VI. Execution
This Addendum may be executed in counterparts, including electronically, with each considered an original and all together constituting one and the same instrument.
