Party Participation Waiver

I. Introduction

IV. Release and Waiver of Claims

V. Consent

The Participant affirms that their attendance and participation are voluntary, that they have been informed of the risks involved, and that they are fully aware of these risks. Participant expressly agrees and promises to accept and assume all of the risks existing in this activity. Their participation in the event is purely voluntary, and they elect to participate despite the risks.

VI. Medical Acknowledgment

The Participant certifies that they have no physical or mental condition that could interfere with their safety in this activity, or else they are willing to assume – and bear the costs of – all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition.
