Warranty Waiver

I. Introduction

The Customer acknowledges they have been given the opportunity to ask questions regarding this Agreement and that any questions have been answered to their satisfaction.

VI. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions.
Entire Agreement: This document represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any previous correspondence, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.

VII. No Refunds

Customer understands and agrees that this Agreement does not entitle them to a refund or exchange for the [PRODUCT/SERVICE], regardless of its condition or performance.
