II. Services Provided
The Babysitter agrees to provide child care services for the Guardian's children as specified in this Agreement at the location and for the duration agreed upon by both parties.
III. Risks Acknowledgment
The Guardian acknowledges that while the Babysitter will provide the best possible care for the children, there are potential risks associated with babysitting, including but not limited to accidents, physical injury, or unexpected illness, despite reasonable precautionary measures. By signing this Agreement, the Guardian assumes all responsibility for any such occurrences.
IV. Emergency Procedures
In case of an emergency, the Babysitter shall contact the Guardian immediately via the provided emergency contact details. If necessary, the Babysitter is authorized to seek emergency medical services as provided at 222 555 7777. The Guardian agrees to reimburse any costs incurred pertaining to these emergency measures.
V. Liability Waiver
The Guardian hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Babysitter and [YOUR COMPANY NAME] from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the Babysitter's services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
VI. Termination
This Agreement is effective as of the date of the last signature below and will continue until terminated by either party with a written notice of at least 15 days.
VII. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Carolina. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of that state.
VIII. Amendment
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No modification or amendment of this Agreement shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

By signing below, the Guardian and the Babysitter acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
