1. Security Protocols: Despite clear guidelines, there have been repeated failures to adhere to our security checks at entrances. All guests and staff are reminded to comply with security screenings and present identification upon request.
   

2. Noise Disturbances: We have received numerous complaints about excessive noise levels during quiet hours (10 PM to 7 AM). Continued disturbances will result in further action, which may include eviction from the hotel premises.
   

3. Smoking Policy: Our hotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.

1. Immediate Compliance: All guests and staff are required to immediately comply with all hotel policies and local laws. Non-compliance will lead to action from our management, including penalties and possible removal from the premises.
   

2. Report Non-Compliance: We urge anyone witnessing or experiencing breaches of our policies to report them to the front desk or through our dedicated hotline. Anonymity and confidentiality will be maintained.
   

Penalties for Non-Compliance

• First Offense: Warning and reminder of hotel policies.

• Second Offense: Fine and/or eviction from the hotel.

• Repeated Offenses: Legal action, as permitted by local laws.
