Car Rental Payment Policy
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for car rentals:
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Bank transfers are accepted with prior arrangement.
Payment Schedule
Daily Rentals: Payment is due in full at the time of vehicle pickup.
Weekly Rentals: Payment is due in full at the beginning of each rental week.
Monthly Rentals: Payment is due in full at the beginning of each rental month.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required for all rentals and will be collected at the time of vehicle pickup. The deposit amount varies based on the vehicle type and rental duration.

Late Payments
We provide a grace period of 3 days for late payments. A late fee of $25 will be charged for payments received after the grace period.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations to avoid charges. A cancellation fee of $50 will apply for cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation.
Refund Policy
Refunds for cancellations or early returns will be processed according to the terms outlined in our rental agreement. Please allow 7 days for processing.
