I. Purpose

The Employee acknowledges that:
Certain industries are subject to legal requirements to maintain the confidentiality of specific information.
Breaches of confidentiality may result in legal consequences for both the Employee and the Company.
VI. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By signing below, the Employee acknowledges that they have read this Waiver, understand its terms, and agree to comply with the obligations set forth herein.
