Free University Professional Security Update Notice

Subject: Important Security Update

We are committed to ensuring the safety and security of everyone in our university community. In line with this commitment, the following security updates have been implemented across campus:

1. Enhanced Access Control:

   • New biometric access systems are now in place. Please visit the Security Office in Room 101, Watson Hall, to complete your registration by December 15, 2054.

2. Surveillance Upgrades:

   • Advanced AI-enabled cameras have been installed in high-traffic areas such as the Main Library, Student Center, and Parking Garages A and B to enhance monitoring capabilities.

3. Emergency Alert System:

   • The university's emergency notification system has been upgraded with satellite-based technology for faster and more reliable communication. Ensure your contact information is up-to-date in the MyCampus portal by logging into mycampus.buildinguniv.edu.

4. Increased Patrols:

   • Security drones will assist personnel in conducting regular patrols during peak hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and after dark (6:00 PM - 12:00 AM).

5. Cybersecurity Measures:

   • Quantum-encrypted systems have been implemented to safeguard sensitive information. Be cautious of phishing emails and report suspicious online activities to cybersecurity@buildinguniv.edu.
