The purpose of this letter is to make a formal complaint about Shane Willson in the 6th Unit. On May 2, 2020, he hosted a late party with very loud music and that kept most of the tenants within the vicinity up all night. 

This incident happened again the next day and numerous rowdy guests came over. Not only was the music loud but also pounding and banging on the floor and walls. This went on all night. And it did not help that this was during a weekday and most of the tenants had to go to work or be at school. These incidents happened almost every day for the past week.
