How to Make an Attendance Tracker in Excel?

Most of the companies prefer to make an attendance tracker in Excel format as it is not that tedious and instructions are easy to understand. An Excel spreadsheet is usually in the form of a table, and it is also in the form of a table. It also has columns that are designated with alphabet letters and rows appointed with numbers. Step 3: Format Your Attendance Sheet

Now, you must click the “View” tab and then click on the “Page Layout” icon. You can check how the spreadsheet would look like on a letter-sized page. In case you are tracking the attendance monthly, then change the orientation. You can do this by clicking the “Page Layout” tab and select “Orientation”, then click on “Landscape.” Drag the cursor to select the cells that contain the content and click on the “Home” tab. Next, you must click on the “Fill” icon. By doing this, you will see a variety of fill colors. Then select what best suits you or the spreadsheet and then you can change the font color too. Make sure that you click on the bold icon for emphasis and try highlighting the names and change their Fonts, Sizes, and Colors accordingly. You must click on the “File” menu then select “Print” out your sheet. Save it to your computer for future use.
