Evaluation Criteria
Batting: Evaluates a player's hitting skills
Fielding: Measures a player's defensive skills
Pitching: (If Applicable) Rates a player's ability to throw a baseball
Base Running: Assesses a player's speed and agility while running bases
Overall Performance: Takes into account all aspects of a player’s performance
Coachability and Work Ethic: Assesses a player's ability to follow instructions, effort levels, and attitude toward the game
