Evaluation Criteria

• Batting: Evaluates a player's hitting skills

• Fielding: Measures a player's defensive skills

• Pitching: (If Applicable) Rates a player's ability to throw a baseball

• Base Running: Assesses a player's speed and agility while running bases

• Overall Performance: Takes into account all aspects of a player’s performance

• Coachability and Work Ethic: Assesses a player's ability to follow instructions, effort levels, and attitude toward the game

Rating Scale:

1. Poor

2. Fair

3. Average

4. Good

5. Excellent

Criteria	Description	Rating
Batting	Ability to hit the ball accurately, powerfully, and consistently
Fielding	Defensive skills including catching, throwing, and ground ball pickup
Pitching	Ability to deliver pitches accurately and with varying speeds (if applicable)
Base Running	Speed, agility, and smart decision-making while running bases
Overall Performance	Assessment of all aspects of performance, including both physical and tactical skills
Coachability and Work Ethic	Attitude, effort, enthusiasm, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to practice
