RFI Evaluation
Date: January 20, 2055
Purpose: to assess Request for Information (RFI) responses from potential suppliers or vendors and identify the most suitable partners for projects or contracts.
Overview: This form evaluates potential vendors based on their qualifications, capabilities, experience, proposed solutions, pricing, and overall suitability, using the information provided in the RFI response.
Instructions: Review each criterion carefully and rate responses from suppliers on a scale of 1 to 5. Provide feedback in the designated section and ensure your evaluation is thorough and objective to facilitate selection.
Rating Scale
1 = Poor (Does not meet expectations or requirements)
2 = Fair (Meets some expectations but lacks in some critical areas)
3 = Good (Meets expectations and requirements)
4 = Very Good (Exceeds expectations and requirements)
5 = Excellent (Far exceeds expectations with an exceptional demonstration of requirements)
