Objective:

A toy car or small weight to test the bridge
A stopwatch or timer
Instructions:
Introduction (5 mins)
Briefly explain the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving in the workplace.
Divide participants into teams and provide them with the materials.
Task Explanation (5 mins)
Each team must construct a bridge using only the provided materials.
The bridge must be strong enough to hold a toy car for at least 10 seconds.
Teams have 30 minutes to complete the challenge.
Execution (30 mins)
Teams plan and build their bridges while trainers observe and take notes on communication, leadership, and teamwork dynamics.
Encourage participants to delegate tasks and strategize efficiently.
Testing & Discussion (15 mins)
Each team presents its bridge, and the toy car is placed on top for the test.
After testing, engage in a debrief discussion:
What strategies worked well?
How did communication impact success?
What challenges did they face, and how did they overcome them?
