Free Spousal Will

I. Declaration

I, [Your Name], of Seattle, WA 98101, being of sound mind, do hereby declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking all prior wills and codicils made by me.

II. Family Information

I am married to Trace Durgan. Together, we have the following children:

• Katherine Connel

• Jamie Crooks

• Brenda Boyle

III. Appointment of Executor

I appoint my spouse, Trace Durgan, as the Executor of this will. If my spouse predeceases me or is unable to serve, I appoint Sigmund Corwin as the alternate Executor.

IV. Asset Distribution

Upon my death, I direct that my estate be distributed as follows:

1. Primary Beneficiary:

   • I give, devise, and bequeath all of my property, including real estate, personal property, and financial assets, to my spouse, Trace Durgan.

2. Specific Bequests:

   • If applicable, I make the following specific bequests:

     • My antique grandfather clock to my daughter, Brenda Boyle.

     • My collection of first edition novels to my daughter, Jamie Crooks.

     • My diamond engagement ring to my spouse, Trace Durgan.

     • My vintage guitar to my daughter, Katherine Connel.

     • My art collection to my spouse, Trace Durgan.

3. Residual Estate:

   • I direct that any remaining assets not specifically bequeathed shall be distributed as follows:

     • If my spouse survives me, the remainder of my estate shall be given to my spouse.

     • If my spouse does not survive me, I direct that the remainder of my estate be distributed equally among my children.

V. Guardianship of Minor Children (if applicable)

In the event that both my spouse and I pass away while our children are still minors, I appoint Rocky Orn as the legal guardian of our children. If Rocky Orn is unable or unwilling to serve, I appoint Johann Harvey.

VI. No Contest Clause

I direct that if any beneficiary under this will contests or challenges the validity of this will, that person shall forfeit any bequest or inheritance provided for them herein.
