Free Joint Will with Spouse

1. Title and Introduction

JOINT LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

This document is the Joint Last Will and Testament of Elvie Block and Amelia Pagac, residing at Long Beach, CA 90801. We, Elvie Block and Amelia Pagac, being of sound mind and legal age, hereby declare this as our joint and mutual Last Will and Testament.

2. Declaration of Intent

We, Elvie Block and Amelia Pagac, declare that this Joint Will is made to outline our joint wishes regarding the distribution of our estate upon our deaths. We agree that, after the first spouse passes away, this will remain binding on the surviving spouse and shall not be altered.

3. Appointment of Executor

• We appoint Allene Tillman of Tampa, FL 33601 to serve as the Executor of our Joint Will.

• If Allene Tillman is unable or unwilling to serve, we appoint Adelia Harber of Mesa, AZ 85201 as our alternate Executor.

The Executor shall be responsible for:

• Settling our debts and liabilities,

• Overseeing the distribution of our estate as outlined in this Will,

• Managing any necessary legal and financial obligations associated with our estate.

4. Bequests and Distribution of Assets

Upon the passing of both of us, we instruct the Executor to distribute our assets as follows:

1. Primary Beneficiaries
   We bequeath our entire estate, consisting of all real, personal, and financial property, to the following beneficiaries in the percentages or specific items listed below:

   • Kitty Johns: 50% of the estate, including the family home located at Long Beach, CA 90801 and all personal belongings therein.

   • Emie Howell: 50% of the estate, including the savings account at Springfield Bank with an approximate balance of $50,000.

2. Alternate Beneficiaries
   If any primary beneficiary predeceases both of us, their share shall be distributed equally among the remaining primary beneficiaries. If no primary beneficiaries remain, we designate the following alternate beneficiaries:

   • Ena Cassin: 100% of the estate, consisting of all remaining assets.

5. Residuary Clause

After all specific bequests have been made, any remaining assets shall be considered the residuary estate and shall be distributed equally among the primary beneficiaries or, if they are all predeceased, to the alternate beneficiaries.

6. Guardianship of Minor Children (if applicable)

If we have any minor children at the time of our deaths, we appoint [Guardian’s Full Name] of [Guardian’s Address] as the legal guardian of our children. If [Guardian’s Full Name] is unable or unwilling to serve, we appoint [Alternate Guardian’s Full Name].

7. Mutual Agreement and Binding Nature
