Combined Will for Jewell Ward and Lawrence Orn

1. Introduction and Declaration

• We, Jewell Ward and Lawrence Orn, residing at Miami, FL 33101, declare this document to be our Combined Will.

• This Will outlines our shared wishes regarding the distribution of our assets and the management of our estate upon either of our deaths.

• We revoke any previous Wills or Codicils made by either of us, whether individually or jointly.

2. Appointment of Executor

• We appoint Johann Harvey, a trusted family friend, as the Executor of our estate to manage the distribution of assets according to this Will.

• If Johann Harvey is unable or unwilling to serve, we appoint Lyda Fadel, our niece, as the alternative Executor.

3. Distribution of Shared Assets

• Primary Beneficiary: Upon the death of one partner, all shared assets, including but not limited to our home, bank accounts, investments, and personal property, shall pass to the surviving partner.

• Secondary Beneficiaries: Upon the death of both partners, all shared assets shall be distributed as follows:

  • Home: The primary residence at Miami, FL 33101 shall be inherited by our son, Sigmund Corwin.

  • Bank Accounts: All joint bank accounts, including those at Springfield Bank and First National Savings, shall be equally divided between Sigmund Corwin our son and our daughter, Jolie Cassin.

  • Investments: All investment holdings in Springfield Mutual Fund shall be transferred equally between Rocky Orn and Jolie Cassin.

• Specific Bequests: We leave the following specific items to individuals as outlined below:

  • Antique Watch: Grandfather’s gold watch to Rocky Orn.

  • Family Jewelry: Grandmother’s pearl necklace to Jolie Cassin.

4. Guardianship of Dependents

• In the event both partners are deceased, and we have minor children, we appoint Johann Harvey as the legal guardian of our minor children.

• Alternate Guardian: If Johann Harvey is unable or unwilling to serve, we appoint Maria Turner as the alternative guardian.

5. Payment of Debts and Expenses

• We direct our Executor to settle all outstanding debts, funeral expenses, and any costs associated with the probate process using the funds from our estate.

6. Residual Clause

• After specific bequests and distributions have been made, any remaining assets shall be equally divided among our designated beneficiaries:

  • Rocky Orn

  • Jolie Cassin

  • [Charity or Other Beneficiary, if applicable]
