This policy mandates strong passwords for all employees to safeguard our data and systems, providing guidelines for their creation, management, and use.
Password Requirements
Password Criteria
Criteria | Requirement |

Password Maintenance
Passwords must be changed every 90 days.
Do not reuse any of the last 5 passwords.
Report any suspected password compromise immediately to [Your Company Email].
Password Usage
Passwords should not be shared with anyone, including management and IT personnel. If a password must be shared for business purposes, ensure it is done securely and only for the required period.
Compliance
Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
