Job Summary

The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, modifying, and testing a broad range of components, machinery, and systems. They will ensure that design projects fulfill clients' specifications, cost targets, and performance criteria.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and implement design proposals while adhering to budget and timeline requirements
Use advanced software to create innovative designs and make modifications as necessary
Liaise with production teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met
Adhere to safety requirements and standards in all design work
Utilize engineering principles to inspect and verify the functioning of designed products

Qualifications & Competencies

A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline
Proficiency in CAD and other design software
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
Problem-solving and project management capabilities
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work independently

Relevant Experience

At least 3 years of experience as a Design Engineer in a related field
Experience with 3D modeling software
Experience coordinating and working with multi-disciplinary teams
