Responsibilities and Duties
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance benefits offerings.
Oversee the administration of health, retirement, wellness, and other employee benefits programs.
Communicate benefits information to employees through various channels.
Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with benefits vendors.
Ensure benefits programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically within benefits administration.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations about employee benefits.
