Responsibilities and Duties
Take the lead on negotiations for commercial agreements, contracts, and partnerships to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to commercial initiatives and operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to develop and implement strategies.
Manage commercial projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
5+ years’ experience in a commercial management role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams.
