Contract Manager Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

Overseeing the entire contract lifecycle from initiation, negotiation to execution, performance assessment, and closure.
Working closely with legal and business teams to negotiate favorable terms and conditions and protect company interests.
Drafting and reviewing contracts ensuring accuracy, compliance with legal standards, and alignment with business objectives.
Identifying and assessing contractual risks and proposing effective risk mitigation strategies.
Monitoring contract compliance by all parties and proactively addressing any deviations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field. A master's degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a related role.
Proficiency in using contract management software.
