Contract Manager Job Description
FinTech Investments Inc., a leading entity in the financial technology sector, is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Contract Manager to oversee all aspects of contract lifecycle management. This position provides the unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, drive business objectives, and protect company interests through astute contract negotiation, drafting, and review. The successful candidate will also track compliance and devise risk mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities and Duties
Overseeing the entire contract lifecycle from initiation, negotiation to execution, performance assessment, and closure.
Working closely with legal and business teams to negotiate favorable terms and conditions and protect company interests.
Drafting and reviewing contracts ensuring accuracy, compliance with legal standards, and alignment with business objectives.
Identifying and assessing contractual risks and proposing effective risk mitigation strategies.
Monitoring contract compliance by all parties and proactively addressing any deviations.
Skills and Competencies
Strong negotiation, drafting and reviewing skills.
Acute awareness of legal requirements and potential risks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage various contracts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field. A master's degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a related role.
Proficiency in using contract management software.
Additional Requirements
Candidates must be willing to submit to a background check and must possess a valid work authorization in the United States. Some travel may be required for meetings and negotiations.
