Responsibilities and Duties
The Duty Manager at Urban Eats Cafe will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing daily operations during your shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Providing excellent customer service, including addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Supervising and leading front-line staff, inclusive of scheduling, training, and performance management.
