• Ensure the developed products meet the regulatory, quality, and safety standards.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the newly implemented products.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Proven track record in product development within the food industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Experience:

-A minimum of 5 years' experience in a product development role in the food industry is required.
