Qualifications and Skills
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Strong patient care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Responsibilities and Duties
Providing direct patient care under the supervision of RNs or LPNs
Feeding, bathing, and grooming patients
Taking and recording vital signs
Monitoring patient's health condition
Communicating with patients and their families
Additional Requirements
Must be able to lift and move patients as needed and must be capable of handling stressful situations.
