Job Overview

Our growing company is currently in search of a highly detail-oriented and knowledgeable IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical operations, superior leadership skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions that enhance the operational performance of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Directing the daily operations of the IT department

• Developing strategic IT initiatives and plans in line with company goals

• Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems

• Identifying and eliminating security risks

• Coordinating IT activities to ensure data availability and network services

• Overseeing IT budgeting and expenditures

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

• Proven experience in an IT leadership role

• Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems

• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills

• Excellent project management skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
