Job Overview
Our growing company is currently in search of a highly detail-oriented and knowledgeable IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical operations, superior leadership skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions that enhance the operational performance of our IT department.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Directing the daily operations of the IT department
Developing strategic IT initiatives and plans in line with company goals
Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems
Identifying and eliminating security risks
Coordinating IT activities to ensure data availability and network services
Overseeing IT budgeting and expenditures
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Proven experience in an IT leadership role
Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent project management skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
