Job Description:
HealthyLife Wellness Clinic is searching for a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team. This position requires an engaging professional with exceptional multitasking abilities and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to our patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Schedule patient appointments, manage the appointment calendar, and send reminders.
Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details, in a confidential manner.
Perform administrative duties such as managing phone calls, handling medical records, billing, and maintaining Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Support medical staff by preparing exam rooms, taking vital signs, and providing assistance during procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent; secondary education in a relevant field is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and EHR systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting or a similar role would be advantageous.
Additional Requirements:
A valid CPR certification is preferable but not essential, as training will be provided. All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
