Job Summary:

As a Facilities Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist Facilities Manager in day-to-day duties

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs

  • Proactively identify and resolve potential safety issues

  • Coordinate with external vendors as needed

  • Participate in office moves and renovations

  • Order, stock, and distribute office supplies

Qualifications And Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar role

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work reliably with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Physical ability to perform necessary tasks

Necessary Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of experience working in facilities management is required for this role. Previous experience working with vendors and managing inventories is also beneficial.
