Job Description:
GlobeCruise Travel Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Assistant for Vehicle Maintenance. You will be responsible for coordinating and tracking vehicle maintenance, managing inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing fuel efficiency. If you are organized, able to anticipate needs, and focused on safety, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance and repairs for the fleet, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, fuel consumption, and mileage
Assist in managing the inventory of vehicle parts, tools, and supplies. Place orders for replacement parts when necessary
Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards. Monitor and update licenses, permits, and registrations as needed
Track fuel usage and expenses. Identify opportunities to optimize fuel efficiency
Qualifications and Skills:

Proficient in software used to track and analyze fleet data
Understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures
